Designed for the most extreme treatment, X-Press is a specialist product designed to greatly extend the advantages of performing push-ups. By the very nature of its design and dimensions, X-Press allows the athlete to extend each repetition of each exercise signifi- cantly beyond the normal range of movement. This aspect of its design will promote the development of muscle groups beyond their normal range, thus increasing strength through- out the range of movement, and improving flexibility.
The standard push-up can produce an angle of 66 degrees at the point of minimum flexion, whereas, when the athlete uses the X-Press the angle at the point of minimum flexion is reduced to 43 degrees. This is an improvement of over 30% on the range of movement in the standard form of the exercise.
Its simple yet intelligent design allows it to be quickly adapted to a multitude of exercise techniques that will significantly intensify the extent and range of the exercise.The X-Press can be quickly changed to suit athletes of different sizes and has 7 width settings.

With its unique locking system, X-Press allows you to change position settings in a matter of seconds. It secures itself instantly, giving you the confidence to know that the machine itself will remain rigid throughout your chosen exercise.The X handles have the added benefit of being able to either lock in one of several rotatable positions, or even unlocked in free rotation to allow for an even wider range of movement. The rotating action will ensure further muscle development not accessed by standard push-ups.
Additional XL extended handles will further increase the range of exercises available to the serious athlete. Theses handles significantly extend the range of movement involved in the exercises, allowing for arm and shoulder movements which are well beyond the range available in standard push-ups.
The X-Press has a built-in digital counter which is used to record and verify each repetition of each exercise. If you don’t hit the counter you haven’t registered a full rep ‘X-Press doesn’t do cheating’. Ergonomically positioned at the correct height above the ground, it removes any doubt about whether or not each rep has gone through the full and correct range of movement. The counter also allows the athlete to record daily and weekly repetitions, to monitor progression. It can also be used to introduce a competitive element into the exercise system.

This is a Limited Commercial Warranty: Framework (structural steel and welds) warranted for life against defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. We further warrant components, ie. Pulleys, cams, bearings, cables and all other transmission components for 2 years. Warranty does not cover upholstery, protective coverings or paintwork.
