This exercise is regarded by many strength coaches as being the best lower back,hamstring, and glute exercise.This is because it allows you to train all these muscles in unison.This is important because the muscles of the posterior chain are the same muscles responsible for running and jumping. The Reverse Hyper decompresses the spine but does not place any vertical compression on the spine.This simple machine allows for dynamic strength development in the concentric phase, while serving as a rehabilitation mechanism in the eccentric phase by gently stretching and depressurizing the spine creating an internal pumping mechanism,filling the spinal column with spinal fluid and the lower back muscles with blood re-hydrating the discs .If you have injured your back pressure needs to be relieved and circulation restored to the injured area in order to aid rehabilitation.

What is Powdercoating?
Frames go through a multi stage pre-treatment process to remove oil and chemically prepare frame prior to spray application of dry powder which is electrostatically applied then cured at over 200°C. Powder coating produces a high specification coating which is relatively hard, abrasion resistant and tough.

Our smart form pads are strategically shaped to deliver greater comfort and stability. If a pad is too soft it will wear, distort prematurely and cause users discomfort.
Utilising superior grade sanitised cloths that are abrasion resistant, thoroughly coloured, fungus and bacteria proof, skin and body compatible out lasting traditional upholstery and meeting relevant flammability standards. Cloth is double stitched to fit exactly the 10lb 38mm fire retardant foam a composition we have perfected over time and 18mm plywood boards, cloth is sewn into box structures to avoid folding at corners. Pads are anchored with 8mm t-nuts bolted to the machine framework for easy replacement. Also complete with replaceable Velcro fitted wear covers (with club branding option) on high fatigue areas and backing boards to hide staples.

This is a Limited Commercial Warranty: Framework (structural steel and welds) warranted for life against defects in workmanship and materials under normal use. We further warrant components, ie. Pulleys, cams, bearings, cables and all other transmission components for 2 years. Warranty does not cover upholstery, protective coverings or paintwork.
All warranty parts shipped free of charge.
